Our expertise to apply STRUKTEC™ Cavity ® system, enabled the sub-framing to float and remain plumb, and the incorporation of expansion slip joint componentry and purpose-manufactured corner and edge trims, resulted in a flawless finish.

For the supply and installation of the internal foyer and entry lobby fit out (6.3m height) our team of professionals worked closely with the client, architect designers, engineers, and construction team to ensure a successful outcome.
One of the primary challenges faced was accommodating the 6mm-thick Neolith material and providing a slip joint for horizontal inter-floor construction at 3m/L1.
We installed the STRUKTEC™ Cavity ® system to allow for vertical expansion between cast columns, blockwork and wood frame construction while also facilitating the installation of the Neolith surface with zero tolerance and 3mm gap between panels.
